摘  要:选取黑龙江七台河地区煤矸石燃烧后产生的灰渣,经筛分得到100目粉煤灰,将其作为制备分子筛的原料。在传统碱熔-水热合成法基础上,运用微波辅助陈化反应,经酸浸、碱熔等预处理,调控碱熔、陈化等反应过程参数,制得A型和X型分子筛。碱固比为0.8∶1时,合成的分子筛以正四面体A型分子筛为主,随碱固比增加,分子筛晶型逐渐向X型分子筛转变。最佳合成条件为:首先于750℃碱熔温度下焙烧3 h,再于80℃下微波辅助陈化0.5 h,随后转移至室温下陈化16 h,经充分陈化后再于105℃下晶化7 h。研究结果表明,微波辅助陈化方法可缩短陈化时间,并有利于在后续的晶化反应过程中获得粒径均匀、晶体分散、晶型完整的分子筛产物。Fly ash is used as the material to prepare zeolites,which is obtained by 100 mesh screening of the ash residue from coal gangue burning in Qitaihe area of Heilongjiang Province.On the basis of the traditional alkaline fusion-hydrothermal synthesis method,the zeolites are prepared by microwave assisted aging reaction.After pretreatment with acid leaching and alkali fusion,type A and type X zeolites are prepared by adjusting the reaction process parameters such as alkali fusion and aging.When the ratio of alkali to solid is 0.8:1,the synthesized zeolites are mainly tetrahedral type A.With the increase of the ratio of alkali to solid,the crystal type of zeolites gradually changes to type X.The optimal synthesis conditions are showed as follows:firstly,calcinating for 3 h at an alkali fusion temperature of 750℃,then aging for 0.5 h at 80℃with the microwave-assistance,whereafter the mixed solution is aging for 16 h at room temperature.Finally,the mixed solution is crystallized at 105℃for 7 h after being fully aged.The results show that the aging time can be shortened through microwave-assisted method,and this method is beneficial to obtain the zeolite products with a uniform particle size,crystal dispersion and a complete crystal form in the subsequent crystallization process.
