摘  要:从磁流体动力学的基础理论出发,建立了直流电弧电磁场、温度场、流场耦合的数学模型,采用添加源项的方式将电弧功率耦合至其它物理场,利用有限元仿真软件仿真计算直流断路器触头开距为5 mm电弧在不同电弧电流下的温度、速度、压力分布。仿真结果表明,电弧温度呈典型的“钟罩”形状,电弧速度呈先增大后减小趋势,电弧压力呈高-低-高的压力分布;电弧电流增大时,各物理场非线性相关且各物理场相互作用效果明显。Based on the theory of magnetohydrodynamics,a mathematical model of the coupling of DC arc electromagnetic field,temperature field and flow field was established.The arc power was coupled to other physical fields by adding source terms.The temperature distribution,velocity distribution and pressure distribution of the contact distance of arc with DC circuit breaker as 5 mm under different arc currents were simulated by using finite element simulation software.The simulation results show that when the arc temperature presents a typical"bell jar"shape,the arc velocity increases first and then decreases,the arc pressure presents a high-lowhigh pressure distribution,and the arc current increases,the physical fields are non-linear,the simulation results have some practical significance for the design of contact of DC circuit breaker.
