摘  要:针对螺杆式冷水机组用离心式油分离器,利用Fluent软件对油分离器内两相流场进行数值分析。制冷剂气体选用RNG k-ε模型,液态油滴选用DPM离散相模型,分析叶片结构对离心式油分离器内部流场、压力损失和分离效率的影响。结果表明,倾斜叶片式油分离器的分离效果最佳,在入口流速为15 m/s,油滴直径为25μm时,分离效率为98.5%。Aiming at the centrifugal oil separator of screw water chiller, the two-phase flow field in oil separator is numerically analyzed by Fluent software. The RNG k-ε model is used for the refrigerant gas, and the DPM model is used for the liquid oil droplet. The effects of blade structures on the internal flow field, pressure loss and separation efficiency of the centrifugal oil separator are analyzed. The results show that the separation effect of the inclined blade oil separator is the best, and the separation efficiency is 98.5% when the inlet flow rate is 15 m/s and the oil droplet diameter is 25 μm.
