摘  要:提出了区域供冷系统外管网输配水泵运行工作区,并给出了相应水泵工作区的水力计算数学模型,对前海10号站供冷管网的511个运行工况组合进行了计算,得到了不同管网流量下水泵扬程的运行上限和下限。计算结果表明:在100%用户接入率、100%入驻率的100%负荷日,水泵运行扬程范围最大,例如70%管网总负荷率时,扬程变化可达6 m。在较小负荷日,水泵运行扬程范围变窄。同时,将水泵工作区结果与传统管网阻抗法进行关联,得到前海10号站管网的管网阻抗,结果表明,管网总流量相等时,管网阻抗最大值与最小值存在数量级的差别。所得水泵工作区模型结果可用于指导水泵设计选型,其要求在整个水泵工作区内,水泵能够选择合适的台数与频率,并运行在高效区。此外,根据文章模型还可以通过测量各板换间换热站的冷冻水流量实时数据,预测冷站需要向管网供应的冷冻水流量和扬程,从而确定水泵运行台数与频率,简化外网输送泵的运行控制。A pump working zone model is developed for the chilled water distribution pipe network of district cooling systems.The model is calculated for 5~(11)cases of pipe network operation and the upper and lower limits of pressure drop for different chilled water flow rates are obtained.The calculated results show that for the peak load day of 100%substation connection and 100%occupancy,the pump working zone has the largest range,say at the total load ratio of 70%for the network,the pump head has a variation range of 6 m,while in the lower load day the pump working zone shrinks.The conventional pipe network impedance model is compared with the pump working zone model,and the results show that the pipe network impedance has order of magnitude difference at the same total flow rate of network.The current model can be used for pump specification by checking that in the pump working zone whether the pumps can work with the high efficiency by selecting suitable operation number and frequency for any pump flow rate.On the other hand,based on the measured supply chilled water flow rate of all the substations online,the total flow rate and pump head can be predicted in the meantime,so the pump operation number and frequency can be obtained for the simplification of distribution pump control.
