摘 要:针对有关冷水机组能效的相关问题,首先分析采用不同制冷剂的冷水机组能效差异,然后分析变频离心式压缩机在不同工况下的部分负荷COP以及变频与定频螺杆式压缩机部分负荷COP差异。研究结果表明:与制冷剂R22相比,R134a适用于较高蒸发温度工况,R507A适用于较低蒸发温度工况;在名义工况时,变频离心式冷水机组在满负荷或接近满负荷运行时的COP最高,只有在较低环境温度时,其部分负荷COP才会高于满负荷COP;螺杆式冷水机组无论配置定频压缩机还是变频压缩机,在不同环境工况下的COP均随负荷率的降低而降低,且负荷率越低,定频螺杆式冷水机组的COP比变频螺杆式冷水机组降低的幅度越大。Aiming at the related issues about energy efficiency of water chillers,the differences of energy efficiency of water chiller with different refrigerants are analyzed firstly,and then the partial load COP of frequency conversion centrifugal compressor under different working conditions,as well as the difference of partial load COP between frequency conversion and fixed frequency screw compressors are analyzed.The study results show that compared with R22,R134a is more suitable for higher evaporation temperature conditions,and R507A is more suitable for lower evaporation temperature conditions.Under nominal working conditions,the COP of frequency conversion centrifugal water chiller is generally the highest at full load or close to full load.Only at lower ambient temperature,its partial load COP will be significantly higher than the full load COP.Regardless of the screw water chiller equipped with a fixed frequency compressor or a frequency conversion compressor,the COP under different environmental conditions decreases with the decrease of the load ratio,and the lower the load ratio,the greater the reduction in COP of fixed frequency screw water chillers compared to frequency conversion screw water chillers.
