摘　　要：总结1例脑动脉瘤搭桥孤立术联合鼻颅沟通骨瘤切除伴视神经管减压术的护理配合。巡回护士术前应做好充分的物品准备和术前访视,做好体位摆放和压力性损伤的预防,维持正常体温,以及感染预防,及时沟通,做好各个手术之间的衔接,提前备好下一步手术所需物品,缩短手术等待时间。洗手护士术前与手术医生沟通了解手术过程中的关键点与难点,术中熟练配合,从容、及时、快速应对突发状况,从而保证手术的顺利进行。To summarize the nursing cooperation of a case of cerebral aneurysm bypass surgery combined with resection of osteoma with decompression of optic canal decompression.Patrol nurses should make full preparations for items and visits before operation.Position placement and pressure injury prevention should be done well.Keep normal body temperature,prevent infection,communicate in time,make a good connection between various operations,prepare items for the next operation in advance,and shorten the waiting time for the operation.Before the operation,the hand washing nurse communicated with the surgeon to understand the key points and difficulties in the operation,cooperated skillfully during the operation,and responded calmly and quickly to emergencies,ensuring the successful operation.
