摘　　要：重庆市城建档案馆新馆库塔楼转换层以下室外裸露的柱、墙、梁、防护栏板、花池壁等,大面积采用现浇清水混凝土。由于不同区域采用不同标号混凝土,以及建筑结构特点和饰面清水混凝土表观质量要求,施工过程中有诸多实际工程难题,有必要对清水混凝土表观质量施工控制技术进行研究。该文分析归纳清水混凝土常见表观质量缺陷形成原因,结合建筑特点和观感要求,制定表观质量控制标准和施工控制措施,最终确保现浇清水混凝土施工顺利完成,可供相关工程参考。Below the new archive’s tower transfer level of Chongqing Urban Construction Archive lie the outdoor exposed columns,walls,beams,protective fence boards,flower bed walls,etc.,which are mostly constructed with cast-in-place bare concrete.Due to the use of different grades of concrete in different areas,as well as the characteristics of the building structure and the apparent quality requirements of the finishing bare concrete,there are many practical engineering problems in the construction process,so it is necessary to study the construction control technology for the apparent quality of bare concrete.This paper analytically summarized the causes of common apparent quality defects of bare concrete and,combined with the building characteristics and appearance requirements,set the apparent quality control standards and construction control measures to ensure the smooth completion of the cast-in-place bare concrete construction,which can be used as a reference for related projects.
