摘 要:装配式建筑是一种快速、高效、环保的建造方式,目前已得到广泛应用,但施工过程中,套筒灌浆节点容易出现质量缺陷问题,因而严重影响了装配式建筑的安全性和稳定性,已有研究大多局限于探讨具体的套筒灌浆技术和工艺,缺乏普适性。该文分析了装配式建筑套筒灌浆节点存在质量缺陷的原因,探讨了其对装配式建筑的具体影响,并提出相应的应对措施和预防策略,即加强设计质量控制、优化材料选择、提高施工水平和强化质量管控等,可供装配式建筑施工管理工作参考。Prefabricated building is a fast,efficient and environmentally friendly way of construction,and it has found widespread application today.However,the sleeve grouting link in the construction is prone to cause defects in building quality,which seriously affects the safety and stability of the prefabricated building.Most existing research has been limited to exploring specific sleeve grouting techniques and processes,showing a lack of universality.In this paper,the contributors to the quality defects of the sleeve grouting link in the prefabricated construction were analyzed,allied to their impact on the prefabricated building,with targeted countermeasures and preventive strategies proposed,that is,to strengthen control over design quality,optimize selection of materials,improve the construction level,enhance quality control,etc.,which can serve as reference for the management of prefabricated construction.
