摘　　要：鼻咽癌是头颈部恶性肿瘤之一,肿瘤转移是威胁鼻咽癌患者生存的主要问题。肿瘤转移是一个复杂的,多步骤的生物学过程。长链非编码RNA(lnc RNA)是转录本长度大于200个核苷酸,不具备编码蛋白功能的核糖核酸,但能够在多层面调控基因表达。肿瘤转移的基因异常改变与lnc RNA的表达有密切相关关系,但具体的分子机制还有待探究。中医药具有多途径、多靶点治疗癌症的优势。近年来,以lnc RNA为靶点的中医药治疗肿瘤的研究逐渐增多。本文对lnc RNA在鼻咽癌转移过程中(主要是上皮-间质转化、细胞外基质降解、血管生成这方面)调控基因表达,并概述以lnc RNA为靶点中药治疗鼻咽癌的进展,以期对基因靶向治疗鼻咽癌提供理论依据和新的思路。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is one of the malignant tumors of the head and neck,and tumor metastasis is the main problem that threatens the survival of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Tumor metastasis is a complex and multi-step biological process.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a kind of ribon-ucleic acid whose transcript length is more than 200bp and does not have the functi-onof coding protein,but can regulate gene expression at multiple levels.The abnorm-al gene changes of tumor metastasis are closely related to the expression of lncRNA,butlncRNA itself has complex structure and diverse functions,and the specific molec-ularmechanism remains to be explored.This review summarizes the understanding of gene expression regulated by lncRNA in the process of nasopharyngeal carcinoma me-tastasis(mainly epithelial-mesenchymal transformation,extracellular matrix degradatio-n,angiogenesis),in order to provide necessary basis and new ideas for gene targeted therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
