摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中甲醛的超高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的硅胶管吸附空气中的甲醛,用乙腈洗脱,超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器测定。结果该方法在0.01~10.0μg·m L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=253272x-10536.4,相关系数r=0.9999,检出限为0.001μg·m L^(-1),最低检出浓度为0.0001mg·m^(-3)(以采集50L空气样品计),平均加标回收率为98.1%,批内精密度为0.12%~0.17%,批间精密度为0.46%~1.20%,平均解析效率为98.7%~105.2%,采样效率为100%,采样管在4℃下可保存15d。结论该方法各项指标均符合GBZ/T 210.4-2008《工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,适用于工作场所中甲醛的检测。OBJECTIVE To establish the method of detecting the concentration of formaldehyde in air of workplace with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC).METHODS According to standards of methods for determining the chemical substances in workplace air,formaldehyde in the air was collected by DNPH silica tube,then dissolved by acetonitrile and determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with DAD-detector.RESULTS There was a great linear relationship within the range of 0.01~10.0μg·mL^(-1),and regression equation was y=253272x-10536.4,which correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The detection limit was 0.001μg·mL^(-1) and the lowest detect concentration was 0.0001mg·m^(-3)(as sampling volume 50L).The average recovery was 98.3%.The intra-precision was 0.12%~0.17%,and the inter-precision was 0.46%~1.20%.The desorption efficiencies were from 98.7%to 105.2%and the sampling efficiencies were 100%.The samples in silicone tube could be stored for 15 days under 4℃.CONCLUSION The present method could meet with the requirements of GBZ/T 210.4-2008“Method for the Determination of Chemical Substances in the Air of workplace”and be feasible for determination of formaldehyde in workplace air.
