摘 要:利用磷酸铵镁沉淀法收集污泥浓缩液中磷,考察了pH值、搅拌强度、反应时间对磷回收率的影响,结果表明,污泥浓缩液中n(NH_(4)^(+)-N)∶n(Mg^(2+))∶n(PO_(4)^(2-))>1,有利于用磷酸铵镁沉淀法回收磷,在pH值为9、搅拌速度为40r·min^(-1)、反应时间为20min的条件下可使磷回收率达到90%以上,此时MgNH_(4)PO_(4)·6H_(2)O纯度也较好,废水处理成本也相对合理。Magnesium ammonium phosphate precipitation method was used to recycle of phosphorus from the sludge concentrated solution,and the effects of pH,stirring intensity and reaction time on phosphorus recovery were investigated.The results show that the n(NH_(4)^(+)-N)∶n(Mg^(2+))∶n(PO_(4)^(2-))>1 in the sludge concentrated solution was conducived to the recovery of phosphorus by magnesium ammonium phosphate precipitation.Under the conditions of pH valuef of 9,stirring intensity of 40r·min^(-1)and reaction time of 20min,the phosphorus recovery rate can reach more than 90%,the purity of magnesium ammonium phosphate was also good,and the cost of wastewater treatment was relatively reasonable.
