摘  要:为减小CLLC谐振变换器在启动阶段的谐振冲击电流,提出一种不对称脉冲宽度调制(APWM)和脉冲频率调制(PFM)降频相结合的CLLC谐振变换器软启动策略。该策略由半桥APWM、全桥APWM和PFM降频等三个阶段组成。在半桥APWM阶段,开关管S1逐步增大占空比但保持最大开关频率;在全桥APWM阶段,开关管S4逐步减小占空比但保持最大开关频率;在PFM降频阶段,各个开关管固定占空比但逐步降低开关频率至谐振频率。在CLLC谐振变换器原理样机上验证了所提方案的可行性,同时与现有的软启动方案进行对比分析,仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的软启动策略能进一步减小启动阶段谐振电流。In order to reduce the resonant inrush current of CLLC resonant converter in the start-up stage,a hybrid soft starting strategy of CLLC resonant converter by asymmetric pulse width modulation(APWM)and pulse frequency modulation(PFM)frequency reduction was proposed.It was composed of half bridge APWM,full bridge APWM and PFM frequency reduction.In the half bridge APWM stage,the duty cycle of the MOSFET S1 gradually increased,but the switching frequency of S1 kept maximum.In the full bridge APWM stage,the duty cycle of the MOSFET S4 gradually decreased,but the switching frequency of S4 kept maximum.In the PFM frequency reduction stage,the switching frequency of every MOSFET gradually decreased to the resonant frequency,but their duty cycles were fixed.The feasibility of the proposed soft starting strategy was verified by a CLLC resonant converter prototype.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed soft starting strategy can further reduce the resonant inrush current in the start-up stage than the existing soft starting schemes.
