摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)和丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)合成了四元共聚物(PAAPE),并对其反应条件进行优化。PAAPE最佳制备条件:AM/AMPS/PETA/EHA=84.0%/15.0%/0.8%/0.2%,反应温度为45℃,引发剂加量为0.12%,单体总量为25%,SDS加量为0.8%。并进行FTIR、溶液性能、黏弹性及驱油性能等测试。实验结果表明:最优条件下,浓度为2500mg/L的PAAPE溶液表观黏度为172.8mPa·s;在90℃下,PAAPE溶液黏度保留率为47.05%;在矿化度50000mg/L下,PAAPE溶液黏度保留率为40.86%;在矿化度20000mg/L下,吴茵剪切后PAAPE溶液黏度保留率为42.73%;通过黏弹性测试,PAAPE溶液表现出好于HPAM的黏弹性;通过室内驱油实验,PAAPE与HAPM相比,采收率高7.06%。Quaternary copolymer(PAAPE)was synthesized with acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA)and isooctyl acrylate(EHA),and the reaction conditions were optimized.The best preparation conditions of PAAPE:AM/AMPS/PETA/EHA=84.0%/15.0%/0.8%/0.2%,the reaction temperature was 45℃,the dosage of initiator was 0.12%,the total amount of monomer was 25%,and the dosage of SDS was 0.8%.FTIR,solution properties,viscoelasticity and oil displacement performance were tested.The experimental results showed that the apparent viscosity of PAAPE solution with the concentration of 2500mg/L was 172.8mPa·s under the optimal conditions;At 90℃,the viscosity retention rate of PAAPE solution was 47.05%;At the salinity of 50000mg/L,the viscosity retention rate of PAAPE solution was 40.86%;At the salinity of 20000mg/L,the viscosity retention rate of PAAPE solution after Wu Yin shearing was 42.73%;Through viscoelasticity test,PAAPE solution showed better viscoelasticity than HPAM;Through the indoor oil displacement experiment,the recovery factor of PAAPE is 7.06%higher than that of HAPM.
