摘  要:以高活性乙二醇单乙烯基聚乙二醇醚(EPEG)和聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯(MPEG(Mn=400)-MAA)为共聚单体,丙烯酸羟丙酯(HA)和丙烯酸(AA)为辅助功能单体,采用自由基共聚法合成了新型酯醚共聚减水剂(PCE-1)。红外光谱分析表明PCE-1分子中同时含有酯型与醚型支链,GPC测试表明,聚醚减水剂(PCE-3)分子量最大,酯型减水剂(PCE-2)分子量最小,而PCE-1分子量介于PCE-2与PCE-3之间。通过研究水泥水化热发现,PCE-1和PCE-2能显著抑制水泥水化过程中的放热速率。水泥净浆测试进一步表明,PCE-3对用水量和含泥量的波动敏感性最大,而PCE-1对用水量和含泥量波动的敏感性较小。混凝土试验表明,PCE-3的减水率最高,PCE-2最低,而PCE-1的减水率介于两者之间,但掺PCE-3的新拌混凝土和易性较差,坍落度经时损失大,掺有PCE-1与PCE-2的混凝土拌合物不但和易性好,而且坍落度经时损失更小。The ester ether copolymer polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE-1)was synthesized via free radical copolymerization with EPEG,(MPEG(Mn=400)-MAA),HA and AA.Based on the analysis by infrared spectra showed that the structure of PCE-1 con-tained ester and ether side chains,GPC test showed that the molecular weight was PCE-3>PCE-1>PCE-2,PCE-1 and PCE-2 could significantly inhibit the heat release rate during cement hydration.The properties of PCE-1,PCE-2 and PCE-3 were investigated by cement paste and concret,which indicated that PCE-3 was sensitive to the fluctuation of water consumption and mud content,while PCE-1 was less sensitive to the fluctuation of water consumption and mud content,the study further found that PCE-3 had the high-est water reduction rate,PCE-2 was smaller,and PCE-1 was between the PCE-2 and PCE-3,but the workability of fresh concrete mixed with PCE-3 was poor,and the slump loss was large over time.However,concrete mix of PCE-1 and PCE-2 not only had good workability,but also had small slump loss over time.
