摘  要:随着社会经济快速发展,超高层建筑数量的不断增加,建筑材料、轮廓等给竣工测量工作提出了更高要求。信息技术快速发展,测量工作的新技术、新手段、新方法为建筑工程测量提供了数字化、智能化、多维化、动态化发展方向。文章客观分析了连续运行卫星定位导航服务系统(Continuously Operating Reference System,CORS)技术在规划竣工测量中的应用,以及三维激光扫描技术、无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在规划竣工测量中的应用,包括工作原理、作业流程、规划竣工测量应用的具体操作,并举例说明测绘新技术在规划竣工测量中的具体应用。其中,CORS技术可以提高控制点不测作业效率,提高测量控制的自动化程度,三维激光扫描技术可有效解决数据值采集困难与获取数据效率低下问题,无人机倾斜摄影测量技术可以获取正射影响及倾斜影响,提高数据采集效率。With the rapid development of social economy,the number of super high-rise buildings is increasing,and building materials and contours have put forward higher requirements for the completion survey.With the rapid development of information technology,the new technology,new means and new methods of surveying work provide a digital,intelligent,multi-dimensional and dynamic development direction for building engineering survey.This paper objectively analyzes the application of CORS technology in the planning completion survey,as well as the application of 3D laser scanning technology and UAV tilt photogrammetry technology in the planning completion survey,including the working principle,operation process,and the specific operation for the planning completion survey,and gives examples to explain the specific application of new mapping technologies in the planning completion survey.Among them,CORS technology can improve the efficiency of the surveying operation of control points and improve the automation degree of measurement control,3D laser scanning technology can effectively solve the problems of the difficulty of data value acquisition and low efficiency of data acquisition,and UAV tilt photogrammetry technology can obtain the orthographic effect and tilt effect and improve the efficiency of data acquisition.
