摘 要:文章以新建潍坊至烟台铁路工程ZQSG-6标段大理路中桥64 m简支拱桥施工为例,分析了下承式简支拱的总体施工方案,以及以系梁支架施工、钢管拱肋施工、吊装施工技术为主的简支拱施工关键技术。通过对监测桥梁应力变化和寿命预测发现:梁体线形平顺,梁面标高变化幅度平缓,桥梁阶段最大误差在1.2 cm以内,梁面起伏位移、梁体各测试断面实际应力与理论计算结果基本一致,保证施工工艺的准确性。This paper takes the construction of the 64m simple-supported arch bridge in the middle bridge of Dali Road in the ZQSG-6 tender section of the newly-built Weifang to Yantai railway project as an example,and analyzes the overall construction scheme of the through simple-supported arch,and the key technologies of simplesupported arch construction focusing on tie-beam support construction technology,steel pipe arch rib construction technology and hosting construction technology.Through the prediction of the stress change and life of the monitored bridge,it is found that the beam body has a smooth linear shape,the change amplitude of beam surface elevation is gentle,the maximum error of the bridge stage is within 1.2 cm,and that the undulating displacement of the beam surface and the actual stress of each test section of the beam body are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results,which ensures the accuracy of construction technology.
