摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究紧凑城市理念下全民健身与全民健康深度融合的内在逻辑、域外经验,提出对我国的启示。域外经验:高密度配置体育空间,致力创造适宜的社区环境;建设高连通性的公共交通系统,促进城市居民的交通性身体活动;高效土地混合利用,保持体育空间选择的多样性。启示:为城市注入紧凑内涵,重视促进深度融合;坚持科学化决策,提高城市体育空间密度;坚持人本逻辑引领,建设慢行系统;提高土地混合利用度,坚持体育空间多样性发展。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the internal logic and overseas experience of the deep integration of national fi tness and national health under the concept of compact city,and put forward the enlightenment to China.Overseas experience:They are dedicated to creating a suitable community environment with a high density of sports space.They build highly connected public transport systems that promote transport-related physical activity among urban residents.They mix land use efficiently and maintain the diversity of sports space options.Enlightenment:We need to inject compact connotation into the city and attach importance to the role of promoting deep integration,adhere to scientifi c decision-making to improve the density of urban sports space,stick to the guidance of humanistic logic to build a slow walking system,and improve the mixed use of land and keep to the diversifi ed development of sports space.
