摘  要:本文针对自动更换式跌落熔断器设计了一种满足操作逻辑、能远程一键熔断器分合闸及熔丝更换的控制系统,并将自动更换式跌落熔断器整套系统应用于10 kV配网台变中进行RTDS仿真分析,验证其控制系统设计的可行性。自动更换式跌落熔断器运用该科学的控制系统后能可实现自愈瞬间故障、自动隔离永久故障,实现熔断器元件可靠自动控制,将其保护功能、控制功能最优化,有效提高用户供电可靠性,降低企业运维成本,弥补配网自动化空白。In this paper,a control system for automatic replaceable drop fuse is designed,which can meet the operation logic and can remotely switch on and off the fuse and replace the fuse.The whole system of automatic replaceable drop fuse is applied to the 10 kV distribution network substation to carry out RTDS(real-time digital simulation system)simulation analysis,and verify the feasibility of its control system design.The automatic replaceable drop fuse can realize self-healing instantaneous fault and automatic isolation of permanent fault after applying the scientific control system,realize reliable automatic control of fuse elements,optimize its protection function and control function,effectively improve the reliability of power supply for users and reduce the operation and maintenance cost of enterprises,make up the blank of distribution network automation.
