摘　　要：为了使土地信息采集工作更加科技化,更加便捷、准确、实时地调查土地信息情况,更加有效地管理和利用我国土地资源,本文在现有移动WebGIS技术基础上,对移动端土地信息采集系统进行研究,根据工作人员实际需求制定利用移动WebGIS进行土地信息采集的流程和设计相关功能,同时进一步研究移动平台海量数据加载技术,设计并实现基于WebGIS的移动端土地信息采集系统,实现土地采集相关功能,验证系统开发的可行性。In order to make land information collection more scientific and technological,more convenient,accurate and real-time land information survey,more effective management and utilization of China's land resources,this paper studies the mobile land infor-mation collection system based on the existing mobile Web GIS technology,and formulates the land information collection process and related functions using mobile WebGIS according to the actual needs of staff.At the same time,further study the mass data loading technology of mobile platform,design and implement the mobile land information acquisition system based on WebGIS,realize the rel-evant functions of land acquisition,and verify the feasibility of system development.
