摘 要:GNSS探测小卫星是海洋气象业务天基观测跨越式进步,GNSS小卫星星座可与传统大卫星相结合,构建起更多探测要素、更高时空分辨率、面向更多应用需求的海洋气象观测体系。相关探测数据不仅可以作为传统极轨气象业务卫星的有效补充,弥补广袤海洋常规观探测手段的不足,还可为数值预报同化提供更加丰富的大气海洋参数遥感信息,为数值预报、灾害监测等海洋气象遥感应用带来更加深远和有价值的影响。GNSS sounding small satellite is a leap development for space-based observation of marine meteorological operations.GNSS small satellite constellation may combine with traditional large satellite to form a marine meteorological satellite observation system with more observation elements,higher spatial and temporal resolution and meeting various application needs,which can make up for the shortcomings of conventional observation and detection means in the vast ocean,provide richer remote sensing information of atmospheric and ocean parameters for numerical prediction assimilation,and produce more profound and valuable influence for marine meteorological remote sensing applications such as numerical forecast and disasters monitoring.
