摘　　要：信息化技术是促进传统行业变革的重要手段。本文探讨了医院后勤管理面临的主要问题、医院后勤管理信息化的主要目标和思路,以及医院后勤管理信息化的主要措施,通过引入互联网思维和技术,有效整合医院后勤服务资源,使后勤工作能够快捷、高效、极致,以实现医院后勤管理的跨越式发展。Informatization technology is an important means to promote the transformation of traditional industries.This paper discusses the main problems faced by hospital logistics management,the main goals and ideas of hospital logistics management informatization,and the main measures of hospital logistics management informatization.Through the introduction of Internet thinking and technology,hospital logistics service resources are effectively integrated,so that logistics work can be fast,efficient and excellent,thus achieving leapfrog development of hospital logistics management.
