摘 要:生物质作为一种重要的可再生能源,且可以被转化为多种高附加值化学品和液体燃料,受到众多科研人员的关注。其中,5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)作为生物质原料与高附加值化学品之间的重要桥梁,被美国能源部认定为十二大高值生物质基平台化合物之一,其催化转化研究已成为当前的研究热点。本研究通过合成不同尺寸的ZnO催化剂载体,并在其表面负载金属Au,得到了不同尺寸的Au/ZnO催化剂。利用XRD和TEM等表征方法,对制备的Au/ZnO系列催化剂进行了物性分析,并评价其对HMF催化氧化反应中的性能。研究结果表明,ZnO载体尺寸大小、Na2CO3浓度和HMF的浓度等因素均能够影响HMF的氧化反应效率。Biomass has received significant attention as an important renewable energy source that can be converted into various high-value chemicals and liquid fuels.5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)is recognized by the US Department of Energy as one of the top 12 high-value biomass platform chemicals,serving as a crucial bridge between biomass feedstocks and high-value chemicals.This has made HMF conversion research a current research hotspot.In this study,we synthesized different sizes of ZnO catalyst supports and loaded them with metal Au to obtain different sizes of Au/ZnO catalysts.Characterization techniques such as XRD and TEM were employed to analyze the physicochemical properties of the prepared catalysts.The catalytic performance of the Au/ZnO catalysts in the oxidation reaction of HMF was investigated.The results showed that factors such as ZnO support size,Na2CO3 concentration and HMF concentration can all affect the catalytic oxidation reaction of HMF.
