校企合作办学模式下应用型化工过程装备人才培养的探索

摘　　要：在校企深度合作的办学模式下,高校基于OBE理念,以企业需求为产出目标,实施培养方案,设置教学大纲,采用校企合作的方式培养应用型化工类人才,对提高学生的整体素质具有重要意义。文章通过对校企深度合作办学模式的剖析,着重阐述了校企合作办学模式下培养应用型化工类人才的可行性,并就如何加强校企共建建设,给出了相应的对策建议,以期促进高校面向社会深入发展。Under the mode of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,universities are based on the OBE concept,with enterprise needs as the output goal,implementing training plans,setting teaching outlines,and adopting school enterprise cooperation to cultivate applied chemical talents,which is of great significance for improving the overall quality of students.The article focuses on the feasibility of cultivating application-oriented chemical talents under the mode of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the joint construction of schools and enterprises,in order to promote the in-depth development of universities towards society.
