转炉氧枪供回水系统调试与设计改进

摘　　要：某钢厂共设置两座120t转炉,在投产前存在氧枪供水、回水流量测量不准及供回水流量差值较大的问题,调试过程中出现频繁报警提枪。对氧枪供水泵组、供回水管路、电磁流量计设置综合分析,经过不断调试,并分析影响氧枪供水、回水流量测量不准及供回水流量差值较大的主要因素,针对转炉氧枪供水、回水测量仪表运行数据和实际存在问题,在其原设计的基础上提出更合理的改进方案及措施。方案实施后,转炉氧枪系统供回水流量差值在规定范围内,转炉氧枪运行稳定,彻底解决了氧枪冷却水供回水流量差值偏大、回水管测量不准及氧枪提枪报警系统的疑难问题,保证了连续生产及转炉冶炼的安全,为以后的设计提供了可行的借鉴方案。A certain steel plant has set up two 120t converters.Prior to production,there were issues with inaccurate measurement of oxygen gun water supply and return flow,as well as significant differences in supply and return flow.During the debugging process,frequent alarms and gun lifting occurred.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the settings of the oxygen gun water supply pump group,supply and return water pipeline,and electromagnetic flow meter.After continuous debugging,the main factors affecting the inaccurate measurement of the oxygen gun water supply and return flow and the large difference in supply and return flow were analyzed.In response to the operational data and actual problems of the converter oxygen gun water supply and return measurement instruments,more reasonable improvement plans and measures were proposed based on their original design.After the implementation of the plan,the difference in supply and return water flow rate of the converter oxygen lance system was within the specified range,and the operation of the converter oxygen lance was stable.This thoroughly solved the difficult problems of large difference in cooling water return water flow rate of the oxygen lance,inaccurate measurement of the return water pipe,and the alarm system for oxygen lance lifting,ensuring the safety of continuous production and converter smelting,and providing a feasible reference plan for future design.
