穴位注射联合定向透药对老年腰椎病患者康复的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射联合定向透药对老年腰椎病患者康复的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月医院94例老年腰椎病患者,按照组间资料均衡可比的原则分为观察组与对照组,每组47例。对照组患者采用常规基础干预,观察组患者在常规基础干预上给予穴位注射联合定向透药。比较两组患者干预前、干预1周后、干预2周后腰椎疼痛评分、腰椎功能评分、生活质量评分、焦虑评分,并比较两组患者的满意度。结果两组患者干预前、干预1周后、干预2周后腰痛评分、焦虑评分呈降低趋势,各时点均以观察组低于对照组,时间比较差异有统计学意义(P_(时间)<0.05),腰椎功能JOA评分呈升高趋势,各时点均以观察组高于对照组,时间比较差异有统计学意义(P_(时间)<0.05),各时点组间比较差异有统计学意义(P_(组间)<0.05),且随观察时间延长,组间差异逐渐增大,组间随时间变化的差异有统计学意义(P_(交互)<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量评分及满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射联合定向透药促进老年腰椎病患者康复有确切效果,利于减轻腰椎痛感,提高腰椎功能,缓解焦虑,满意度高。Objective To observe the effectiveness of acupoint injection combined with targeted drug delivery in the rehabilitation of elderly patients with lumbar spondylosis.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with lumbar spondylosis were selected from the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022.They were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the principle of balanced and comparable data between groups,with 47 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine basic intervention,and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint injection combined with targeted drug delivery on the basis of routine basic intervention.Compare the lumbar pain score,lumbar function score,quality of life score,anxiety score,and satisfaction of two groups of patients before intervention,1 week after intervention,and 2 weeks after intervention.Results The low back pain score and anxiety score of the two groups of patients showed a decreasing trend before intervention,1 week after intervention,and 2 weeks after intervention.At each time point,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the time difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The JOA score of lumbar function showed an increasing trend,and at each time point,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the time difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the groups at each time point was statistically significant(P<0.05),with the extension of observation time,the differences between groups gradually increase,and the differences between groups over time were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint injection combined with targeted drug delivery had a definite effect on promoting the rehabilitation of elderly patients with lumbar spondylosis,which is beneficial for reducing lumbar pain,improving lumba
