摘　　要：游离包皮内板卷管尿道成形术作为一期治疗尿道下裂的可选方法,近年来在一些中心得到部分应用,其具有尿道取材方便、手术自由度高、尿流及外观好等优点,但报道病例较少,并发症较多,建议谨慎选择。本文总结单中心497例基于Buck筋膜重建的游离包皮内板卷管尿道成形术手术经验发现,手术关键点在于充分矫正阴茎下弯、成形尿道无张力、长斜面的吻合口、可靠的覆盖加强。As an optional method for the treatment of hypospadias,free tube graft urethroplasty has been applied in some centers in recent years.It has the advantages of convenient urethra materials,high freedom of surgery,and satisfactory urine flow and appearance,but there are fewer reported cases and many complications.Therefore,it is recommended to be used cautiously.This paper summarizes the experience of 497 cases of free surgical surgery based on Buck fascia reconstruction,including key points such as full correction of penile lower curvature,no tension-free urethra,long-inclined plane anastomosis,and reliable coverage enhancement.
