摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断腾飞,建筑行业得到了长足的发展,合同是建筑施工的必要前提。通过合同可以对参与工程的多方进行约束,对建筑工程的发展具有一定的正面意义。在这种时代背景下,合同管理的重要性日益凸显。本论文将从建筑工程招标投标阶段作为切入点,探究合同管理方式,希望能给各建筑行业从业者一定的启示。With the continuous development of China’s economy,the construction industry has been greatly developed,and contract is a necessary prerequisite for building construction.Through the contract,the multiple parties involved in the project can be restricted,which has a certain positive significance for the development of the construction engineering.In this era context,the importance of contract management has become increasingly prominent.This paper will take the tendering and bidding stage of construction engineering as the starting point to explore the contract management methods,hoping to give certain enlightenment to various practitioners in construction industries.
