摘 要:低成本、模块化的立方星掀起国内外研发热潮,小卫星星座为海洋气象业务的天基观测拓展了新的探测领域。立方星因具备研制周期短、投资运行成本低、星座和编队组网灵活、重访周期高和数据采集能力强等优势,可作为大卫星的优势补充,构成能力更强大的多要素、高时空分辨率、满足多样需求的海洋气象卫星观测体系,为海上尤其外海海洋气象资料稀缺地区提供新的观测手段,同时也为海上高精度数值预报提供新的遥感同化应用资料,提升极端海洋气象灾害的监测和预报能力。CubeSats are becoming a hot trend in research and development at home and abroad due to the low cost and standardized module.Small satellite constellations expand a new sounding field for the space-based observations of marine meteorological services.The CubeSat has the advantages of short research and development period,low investment and operation cost,flexible constellation and formation networking,high revisit period and strong data acquisition capability.It can be used as an advantage supplement to large satellites,constitutes more powerful marine meteorologicalsatellite observation system with multi-elements,high spatial and temporal resolution and meeting various requirements,provides a new observation means for open sea,where marine meteorological data are rare,provides new remote sensing assimilation application information for high precision numerical prediction,and improves the monitoring and forecasting ability of extreme marine meteorological disasters.
