摘 要:国外某研究堆重水净化系统运行多年,系统内离子交换树脂已经失效需要进行更换。本文介绍了该研究堆重水净化系统树脂更换过程和实施中遇到的问题及解决的方法。树脂更换完成并投入运行后重水水质明显改善,为后续长期运行提供有力保障,同时也为其他研究堆重水净化系统树脂更换提供借鉴。A foreign research reactor heavy water purification system has been in operation for many years,and the ion exchange resin in the system has failed and needs to be replaced.This paper introduces the problems encountered in the resin replacement process and implementation of the research reactor heavy water purification system and their solutions.After the resin replacement is completed and put into operation,the quality of heavy water is significantly improved,which provides a strong guarantee for subsequent long-term operation,and also provides reference for resin replacement of other research reactor heavy water purification systems.
