摘 要:压力加油控制阀是一种双余度先导式单向阀,安装于油箱底部,利用该加油控制阀进行压力加油时,通过油箱内油液高度切断加油。为了研究该压力加油控制阀的工作性能,依据其实际结构改变节流孔和膜片大小对其加油过程的性能进行分析。首先建立压力加油控制阀数学模型并结合物理模型进行定性分析;其次利用AMESim建立仿真模型,通过仿真数据分析压力加油控制阀对压力加油控制阀回关的影响;最后通过试验验证仿真模型的可靠性。仿真分析结果表明:节流孔和膜片大小对压力加油控制阀关闭性能有很大影响;增大节流孔和膜片直径可显著缩短压力加油控制阀关闭过程的时间。The pressure refueling control valve is a double-redundancy pilot one-way valve,which is installed at the bottom of the fuel tank.When using the refueling control valve for pressure refueling,the refueling is cut off through the oil height in the fuel tank.In order to study the working performance of the pressure refueling control valve,the performance of the refueling process was analyzed by changing the throttle orifice and diaphragm size according to its actual structure.First of all,the mathematical model of the pressure refueling control valve is established and combined with the physical model for qualitative analysis.Secondly,the simulation model is established by AMESim,and the influence of the pressure refueling control valve on the return of the pressure refueling control valve is analyzed through the simulation data.Finally,the reliability of the simulation model is verified by experiments.The simulation results show that the throttle orifice and diaphragm size have a great influence on the closing performance of the pressure refueling control valve,and increasing the throttle orifice and diaphragm diameter can significantly shorten the closing time of the pressure refueling control valve.
