摘 要:以某牵引车型为研究对象,阐述了一种建立汽车试验场与用户道路当量关系的迭代算法。首先利用标定系数法得到轴头六分力与应变的关系,然后在试验场和用户道路分别采集应变数据,通过解耦得到两种工况下的轴头六分力。以轴头六分力为关联目标,利用迭代算法进行用户道路和试验场的相关计算,得到试验场各种特征路面的循环次数。Regarding one tractor as object,the text expatiates one kind of iteration algorithm associating real road with automobile proving ground.Firstly,the relationship between the six axis wheel force and strain is obtained by using the calibration coefficient method.Then,the strain data are collected in the test site and the real road respectively,and the six axis wheel force under two working conditions are obtained by decoupling.Taking the six axis wheel force as the correlation target,the iterative algorithm is used to calculate the real road and the proving ground,and the cycle times of various characteristic roads in the proving ground are obtained.
