摘　　要：针对外套件和内置轴组成的孔轴配合件的拆卸设计了一种带有感应加热器的可调式液压孔轴配合件拆卸装置。该拆卸装置主要由小车底盘、升降组件、拉拔液压缸、调节组件、电磁感应加热器等部件组成,通过电磁感应加热器对外套件进行加热,使外套件和内置轴的间隙增大,拉拔液压缸的活塞杆推动压套抵紧内置轴,拉拔液压缸外侧的调节组件拉动外套件,从而实现外套件和内置轴的拆分,对零件损伤小,而且易于实现拆卸的自动化。Aiming at the disassembly of hole-shaft fit composed of outer kit and built-in shaft,an adjustable hydraulic hole-shaft fitting disassembly device with induction heater is designed.The disassembly device is mainly composed of car chassis,lifting assembly,drawing hydraulic cylinder,adjusting assembly,electromagnetic induction heater and so on.The outer kit is heated by an electromagnetic induction heater to increase the gap between the outer kit and the built-in shaft.The piston rod of the pull-out hydraulic cylinder pushes the pressure sleeve against the built-in shaft,and pulls the adjustment assembly on the outside of the hydraulic cylinder to pull the outer kit,thus realizing the separation of the outer kit and the built-in shaft.The damage to the parts is small,and it is easy to realize the automation of disassembly.
