摘 要:为减少人力操作,提高乘员安全性,实现对火箭炮发射箱的自动化锁紧和电源插拔,提出了一种基于杠杆原理和丝杠机构的一体式火箭炮发射箱自动化锁紧和电源插拔装置方案。首先,使用三维建模软件对方案进行了建模,将模型导入多刚体动力学仿真软件验证了机构原理的可行性;随后,利用有限元分析软件对锁紧爪进行了仿真和寿命预测,确定了锁紧爪强度和寿命满足要求;最后,开展了装置的试制工作。结果表明:该方案原理上可行,各机构运动顺畅无阻滞,质量轻,体积小,初步满足技术指标要求。In order to reduce manual operation,improve crew safety and realize automatic locking and power plug and unplug of rocket launcher,an integrated automatic locking and power plug and unplug of rocket launcher based on lever principle and lead screw mechanism is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the scheme is modeled by using three-dimensional modeling software,and the feasibility of the mechanism principle is verified by introducing the model into multi-rigid-body dynamics simulation software.Then,the finite element analysis and life simulation of the locking claw are carried out,and the strength and life of the locking claw are determined to meet the requirements.Finally,the trial production of the device is carried out.The results show that the proposed scheme is feasible in principle,the movement of each mechanism is smooth,light weight,small size,and initially meets the requirements of technical indicators.
