摘  要:针对连续退火快冷段水雾冷却过程中由于带钢横向板温分布不均匀导致带钢性能较差的缺陷,在分析水雾冷却系统工作原理的基础上,将喷梁作用下的带钢划分成若干小单元并建立单元划分模型。根据带钢宽度计算出有效喷嘴数量,通过带钢热物性参数确定了以最后一排喷梁为初始调节状态,结合现场监测的温度数据,建立计算喷嘴开度调节量的公式;考虑到喷嘴调控能力极限,采用上游喷梁进行补偿控制并建立对应的控制公式;由现场成品带钢温度横向分布要求,给出了带钢温度横向分布目标函数。将本模型应用于某连退机组水雾冷却系统中并进行实际生产,有效地提高了带钢温度分布的均匀性。Aiming at the defect of poor strip performance due to uneven temperature distribution of the transverse plate of the strip during the water mist cooling process of continuous annealing fast cooling section,this paper analyzes the working principle of the water mist cooling system,and divides the strip under the action of the spray beam into several small units and establishes the unit division model.According to the width of the strip to calculate the number of effective nozzles,through the thermal physical parameters of the strip to determine the last row of spray beams as the initial adjustment,combined with the on-site monitoring temperature data to establish the formula for calculating the nozzle opening adjustment amount,and considering the nozzle control capacity limit,the upstream spray beam is used for compensation control and the corresponding control formula is established,and the lateral distribution objective function of the strip temperature is given by the requirements of the lateral distribution of the strip temperature of the finished steel on site.The application of this model to the water mist cooling system of a continuous retreat unit and actual production effectively improves the uniformity of strip temperature distribution.
