摘　　要：为提高喷浆机的喷浆效率、改善操作人员的工作环境、降低劳动强度,设计了湿式喷浆机无线遥控系统。整套遥控系统由车载单元(MU)和手柄单元(SU)组成,分析了MU、SU的软硬件实现方法,并进行了工业性试验,试验结果表明该湿式喷浆机无线遥控系统满足井下喷浆要求。In order to improve the spraying efficiency of the spraying machine,improve the working environment of the operators and reduce the labor intensity,the wireless remote control system of the wet spraying machine is designed.The whole remote control system is composed of vehicle unit(MU)and handle unit(SU).The software and hardware implementation methods of MU and SU are analyzed,and industrial tests are carried out.The test results show that the wireless remote control system of the wet spraying machine meets the requirements of downhole shotcreting.
