摘  要:为解决滤棒生产过程中成形纸接头未被识别和未剔除的问题,设计了一套基于PLC的控制系统,对成形纸接头进行跟踪及监控。使用接纸信号触发高速计数模块对滤棒切割脉冲进行计数,实现对纸接头的跟踪;使用PLC模块对成型机运行信号、接头检测传感器信号、剔除阀和取样阀的压力信号等进行采集,监控接纸过程。该控制系统能在原系统未识别到成形纸接头时,按照设定位置及支数剔除带有纸接头的滤棒;在原系统不能正常剔除带有纸接头的滤棒时,给出停机信号,带有纸接头的滤棒在停机过程中被吹入废料箱,避免因原系统故障导致带有纸接头的不合格滤棒进入下道工序。To solve the problem of unrecognized and un-rejected paper joints in the process of filter rod production,a control system based on PLC is designed to track and monitor the paper joints.The paper receiving signal is used to trigger the high-speed counting module to count the filter rod cutting pulse to realize the tracking of the paper joint.The PLC module is used to collect the operating signals of the forming machine,the detection signals of the joint detection sensors,and the pressure signals of the reject and sampling valves to monitor the splicing process.The system can reject filter rods containing joints according to the set position and number of joints when the original system does not recognize the joints.Or,if the original system cannot reject properly,it gives a stop signal,so that the filter rods with joints are blown into the waste bin at the transfer drum wheel during the stop,avoiding the unqualified filter rods with joints from entering the next process due to the failure of the original system.
