基于榫卯结构的口字型瓦楞纸板衬垫缓冲防振性能研究

摘　　要：为探索瓦楞纸板缓冲衬垫新结构及其缓冲防振性能,采用B型瓦楞纸板,将凹凸榫结构应用到瓦楞纸板衬垫结构的接头上,设计口字型缓冲衬垫,基于参数化理念,衬垫边长与厚度根据需求可进行裁切和折叠。通过随机振动试验、动态压缩试验,研究缓冲衬垫的缓冲防振性能,不同厚度下衬垫的随机振动功率谱密度曲线表明3.5cm厚度衬垫的共振频率点最少,对应的加速度峰值平均值最小,防振性能最优;不同厚度下衬垫的最大加速度——静应力曲线表明4.0cm厚度衬垫的最大加速度最小,缓冲性能最优。基于榫卯结构的口字型缓冲衬垫结构具有一定新颖性,可快速成型,可根据客户需求定制尺寸规格,研究成果可为瓦楞纸板缓冲衬垫应用提供借鉴。To investigate the new structure of the corrugated board cushion liner and its performance in terms of vibration prevention and cushioning,the B-type corrugated board was used.The concave and convex tenon structure was applied to the joints of the corrugated board liner structure to design the mouth-shaped cushion liner.Based on the parametric concept,the edge length and thickness of the liner can be cut and folded in accordance with the requirements.The random vibration test and dynamic compression test were conducted to study the cushioning and vibration prevention performance of the cushion.The power spectral density of random vibration of paperboard liner of different thicknesses show that the 3.5cm cushion has the fewest resonance frequency points,the lowest average value of corresponding peak acceleration,and the best anti-vibration performance.The maximum accelerationstatic stress curves of the liners with different thicknesses reveal that the liner with a 4.0 cm thickness has the lowest maximum acceleration and the best cushioning performance.The tongue-and-groove structure based on the mouth-shaped cushion liner structure has a certain novelty,can be quickly formed,and can be customized according to the customer’s needs,and the research results can provide a reference for the application of corrugated board cushion liner.
