摘  要:添加不同比例的玉米秸秆替代阔叶杂木屑栽培珊瑚状猴头菌,设置5组配方梯度与常规配方作比较,研究不同配方对其菌丝生长期、子实体生长发育期的影响。结果表明:玉米秸秆添加量为40%、玉米芯添加量为18%、阔叶杂木屑20%、麦麸20%、石膏1%、石灰1%的配方菌丝生长旺盛、子实体品质佳,生物学效率达到70.2%且能缩短生长周期。利用玉米秸秆和玉米芯秸秆为主料栽培珊瑚状猴头菌具有可行性。Different proportions of corn straw were added to replace broad-leaved sawdust to cultivate Hericium Coralloides,and five formula gradients were set to compare with the conventional formula,to study the effect of different formula on mycelium growth period and fruiting body growth period.The results showed that the mixture of 40%corn stalk,18%corn cob,20%broadleaf sawdust,20%wheat bran,1%gypsum and 1%lime had good mycelium growth and fruit quality,the biological efficiency was 70.2%and the growth cycle was shortened.The results showed that it was feasible to cultivate Hericium Coralloides using corn straw and corn cob straw as main materials.
