摘 要:信息化模型技术(BIM)作为建筑行业信息化的支柱性技术,已被业内广泛了解并应用。相比于传统设计方式,信息化模型带来了效果的提升,却也带来了人们对于其效率的困惑。本文提出了衡量BIM技术在设计阶段的应用评价问题。通过对于国内外BIM成熟度模型的调研,明确了成熟度体系所需的体系框架和参数维度,为设计企业建立适用于设计阶段的BIM能力成熟度评价指标体系提供了视野。并尝试结合行业企业特点对其进行了试构建,也提出了该体系修改以及完善的途径。As a popular and well developed technique in the Architecture,Engineering and Construction(AEC)industry,Building Information Modeling(BIM)has been recognized as the corner stone of the next era in the industry.Comparing to traditional design process,BIM brings as much the confusion about its effect to the progress as the enhancement of the result.This essay focus on brings up the question of measuring the effectiveness of BIM implementation in design phase.It clears the framework and the parameters of the evaluation system by conducting a literature review of foreign and domestic research on BIM maturity model.And the author tried to establish a system based on the condition of the enterprise and formed the ways to perfect it.
