摘  要:随着石油工业发展,勘探开发井已由常规定向井向水平井、深井转变,应用这类井型已成为未来油气田勘探开发的趋势。然而,这类井型具有井口悬重、空转扭矩高以及井筒摩阻大的特点,同时受修井机设备能力或钻杆强度限制,导致在打捞作业期间地面提拉及旋转操作受限,拉力及扭矩向下传递困难,不利于落鱼解卡。通过多年打捞经验总结,创新提出“地面→井下、机械→液压、旋转→提放”的打捞技术思路,并研究出一套液压打捞工艺技术及配套工具,解决上述难题。With the development of oil industry,exploration and development wells have changed from conventional directional wells to horizontal wells and deep wells.However,this type of well has the characteristics of high wellhead hanging weight、idle torque and high wellbore friction,it is also limited by the capacity of workover rig or the strength of drilling pipe,this will result in limited ground lifting and rotation operations during fishing,it is difficult to transmit tension and torque downward,and unfavorable for the fish unfreezing.Through years of fishing experience summary,we innovatively put forward the fishing technology idea of"ground→underground、machinery→hydraulic、rotating→lifting",and developed a set of hydraulic fishing technology and supporting tools,this will solve the above problems.
