摘 要:全井眼微电阻率成像测井仪(FMI)液压推靠器负责地层电阻率原始信号的采集及井眼大小测量,极板的推靠与收回采用液压方式。测井时,极板前置放大电路内的采样电阻将流经极板钮扣电极的电流信号转换为电压信号并进行放大,2个相互独立的推靠活塞杆与2个井径电位器滑动杆联动测量X、Y方向上的井眼直径。FMI液压推靠器故障集中在液压系统、井径测量和极板前置放大电路三方面。结合仪器原理,对FMI液压推靠器常见故障及维护措施进行了分析和探讨。FMI hydraulic pushing device is responsible for the acquisition of the original signal of formation resistivity and the measurement of borehole size,and the pushing and retracting of the pad are hydraulic.During logging,the sampling resistance of the pre amplification circuit inside the pad converts the current signal flowing through the button electrode of the pad into a voltage signal and amplifies it.Two slide rods of the caliper potentiometer measure the borehole diameter in X and Y directions in line with two independent push piston rods.The failure of FMI hydraulic pushing device is concentrated in three aspects which are hydraulic system,caliper measurement and pad preamplifier circuit.Combined with the operating principle of the instrument,the common failures and maintenance measures of FMI hydraulic pushing device are analyzed and discussed.
