摘  要:为实现灵活调节柴汽比,提高企业生产稳定性,某炼化企业尝试利用LTAG联合装置中催化柴油改质单元生产车用柴油产品。通过调整装置进料组成、操作参数等措施,最终实现了精制柴油满足国Ⅵ车用柴油标准。并进一步分析了催化柴油改质单元在正常工况与车柴工况下产率收率、精制柴油性质、脱硫率、脱氮率等一系列指标变化情况。发现在生产车用柴油时,装置氢气用量减少,精制石脑油收率增加;脱硫率、芳烃饱和率变化不大,但脱氮率出现明显下降。In order to flexibly adjust the diesel ratio and improve the production stability of the enterprise,a refining and chemical enterprise tried to use the catalytic diesel modification unit in the LTAG combined unit to produce automotive diesel products.By adjusting the feed composition and operation parameters of the unit,the refined diesel oil can meet the national standard of automobile diesel oil.A series of indexes such as yield and yield,properties of refined diesel,desulphurization rate and denitrification rate of catalytic diesel modification unit were further analyzed under normal working conditions and vehicle and diesel working conditions.It was found that hydrogen consumption decreased and the yield of refined naphtha increased during the production of vehicle diesel oil.The desulphurization rate and aromatics saturation rate changed little,but the denitrification rate decreased obviously.
