摘　　要：人为因素是电力安全事故发生的主要原因,人的行为受心理支配,因此对电力员工进行安全心理测评有着重要实际应用价值。为了给电力员工建立一个简单、科学、有效的心理服务平台,设计并开发了基于Web的安全心理测评系统。该系统基于TP3(ThinkPhp 3.2)架构进行设计,后台整体采用MVC(Modle-View-Controller)模式,使用MySQL对数据和信息进行储存和管理。整个系统分为用户端和管理员端,其中,用户端包括个人管理、测评管理、留言管理三个功能模块;管理员端包括个人管理、用户管理、题库管理、系统管理四个功能模块。为了检验系统的实用性,使用该系统对电力员工进行安全心理测评。结果表明,该系统运行稳定、操作便捷,能提供有效的心理测评服务。Human factors are the main cause of electric power safety accidents,and human behavior is dominated by psychology,so it has important practical application value to evaluate the safety psychology of electric power employees.In order to establish a simple,scientific and effective psychological service platform for electric power employees,a safety psychological evaluation system based on Web is designed and developed.The system is designed based on TP3(ThinkPhp 3.2)architecture,the background adopts MVC(Modle-View-Controller)pattern,and uses MySQL to store and manage data and information.The whole system is divided into the user end and the administrator end,which includes personal management,evaluation management,message management three function modules;The administrator end includes personal management,user management,question bank management,system management four function modules.In order to test the practicability of the system,the safety psychological evaluation of electric power employees is carried out by using the system.The results show that the system runs stably,operates conveniently and can provide effective psychological evaluation service.
