摘 要:自动发电控制系统(Automatic Generation Control,AGC)的量测信号传输过程中存在不确定通信延时,使得区域互联电网成为时滞电力系统。针对信息物理融合下自动发电控制系统可能遭受的延时攻击,影响负荷频率控制(Load Frequency Control,LFC)性能甚至导致系统频率失稳。该文提出了一种基于滑模扰动观测器的弹性负荷频率控制方案(Sliding Mode Perturbation Observer based Resilient Control Scheme,SMPORCS)。采用基于扰动估计的控制方法,设计了滑模扰动观测器(Sliding-Mode Perturbation Observer,SMPO),将延时攻击造成的扰动量孤立出来,并用观测器对其进行估计。设计闭环反馈方案,根据实时估计的结果,补偿延时攻击产生的扰动。在两区域电力系统中进行了仿真测试,结果表明,该方案与传统方案相比,在控制效果方面具有明显的优越性。Random communication delays exist in the transmission process of the measurement signal of Automatic Generation Control(AGC),which makes the multi-area interconnected power grid a time-delay power system.Automatic power generation control systems that are highly coupled between the information and physical layers are likely to suffer from time-delay attacks,which can affect the performance of Load Frequency Control(LFC)and even cause system frequency instability.A Sliding Mode Perturbation Observer based Resilient Control Scheme(SMPORCS)is proposed.In this scheme,a control method based on perturbation estimation is adopted,and a Sliding-Mode Perturbation Observer(SMPO)is designed to isolate the perturbations caused by the delay attack and use the observer to estimate them.A closed-loop feedback scheme is designed to compensate for the perturbations generated by time-delay attacks based on real-time estimations.The simulation test is carried out in a two-area power system,and the results show that the control effect of this scheme shows obvious advantages compared with the traditional scheme.
