摘　　要：我国全面打赢脱贫攻坚战后,乡村振兴的序幕随即拉开。乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的应有之意和重要内容,更是实施乡村振兴战略的先导和引领。因此,我们应廓清公共图书馆与乡村文化建设之间的逻辑关系,用足用好公共图书馆服务乡村振兴的政策和制度叠加机遇。文章以公共图书馆精准乡村服务及实现机制为研究重点,在分析公共图书馆所具备的诸多优势的基础上,坚持问题导向,提出构建并优化公共图书馆在乡村振兴战略背景下的精准服务的保障机制及实现路径,具有十分重要的理论意义和实践研究价值。After China's comprehensive victory in poverty alleviation,the prelude to rural revitalization began immediately.Rural cultural revitalization is not only an important part of the rural revitalization,but also the forerunner that leads the rural revitalization.Therefore,we should clarify the logical relationship between public libraries and rural cultural construction,and make full use of the opportunities of policies and systems of public libraries serving rural revitalization.Focusing on the precise rural services and implementation mechanisms of public libraries,this article analyzes the advantages that public libraries possess,adheres to the problem-oriented approach,and proposes the construction and optimization of the guarantee mechanism and implementation path for precise services of public libraries in the context of rural revitalization strategy,which has significant theoretical significance and practical research value.
