摘  要:公开了一种基于应力解除法沉降纠倾结构设计及工艺方法,其工艺流程包括在待纠倾目标建筑物的周围搭建防护装置、开挖第一凹槽和第二凹槽、安装升降装置、钻水平沉降孔和插入支撑杆、缓慢调节升降装置、拆除升降装置和防护装置。技术实施使目标建筑物沉降得到有效的控制,安全可靠,纠倾效果好,不仅可防止目标建筑物在施工过程中遭到破坏,同时还可防止因基础受到较大的不平衡支撑应力而发生过大不规则变形,有效解决了常规因水平沉降孔过度变形而导致发生矫枉过正的不良现象,技术方案可行有效,旨在为我国重点领域建筑结构沉降控制“过程性”安全施工提供理论技术参考。The paper discloses the design and process method of a settlement-correcting structure based on stress relief method. The process flow includes: Build protective devices around the target buildings to be corrected;Excavate the first and second grooves;Install lifting device;Drill the horizontal settling hole and insert the support rod;Slowly adjust the lifting device;Remove lifting devices and protection devices.Technology implementation makes the target of building subsidence effectively control, safe and reliable, full tilt effect is good, not only can prevent the target buildings damaged in the construction process, at the same time also can prevent for foundation supported by large unbalanced stress deformation is too large irregular, effectively solve the hole due to the level of settlement deformation caused by excessive hypercorrection of unhealthy phenomenon, the technical scheme is feasible and effective to provide theoretical and technical reference for the “procedural” construction of building structure subsidence control in the key field of our country.
