摘  要:在新时代职业教育改革背景下,职业本科院校“双师型”教师队伍建设面临着诸多问题,深入推进产教融合是本科层次职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设的正确方向。通过分析职业本科院校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在问题的原因,提出产教融合背景下从“双师型”教师队伍制度保障、产教融合资源共享平台的运行、考核评价与竞争激励机制建设四个方面构建职业本科院校“双师型”教师队伍建设机制,希望能够为职业本科院校打造一支高水平“双师型”教师队伍提供借鉴。Under the background of vocational education reform in the new era, the construction of the "double-qualified" teacher team in vocational undergraduate colleges is facing many challenges, and deeply promoting the integration of industry and education is the correct direction for the "double-qualified" teacher team building at the vocational undergraduate level. By analyzing the reasons for the problems in building the "double-qualified" teacher team in vocational undergraduate colleges, this paper proposes to build the mechanism of the "double-qualified" teacher team building in vocational undergraduate colleges from four aspects: system guarantee for the "double-qualified" teacher team, operation of the platform for sharing resources of integration of industry and education, construction of assessment and evaluation mechanism, and competition and motivation mechanism. The aim of this paper is to provide a reference for vocational undergraduate colleges to build a high-level "double-qualified" teacher team.
