科技进步对农业现代化的影响研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：通过构建科技进步与农业现代化的评价指标体系与分析模型,对科技进步在江苏省农业现代化发展中的助推效应进行了实证分析。结果表明:2003—2020年江苏省农业现代化水平与科技进步均呈现出上升趋势且增速较快,进入了高水平发展阶段;科技进步显著正向影响了农业现代化的发展,对农业现代化具有明显的助推效应,且助推效应相对稳定。引入政府财政支持作为调节变量进行调节效应分析,结果表明:政府财政支持也发挥了积极的调节作用,促进科技发展能更有效地助推农业现代化发展。因此,建议进一步推动科技进步和加大政府财政支持力度,将农业现代化发展推向新的阶段,推动农业现代化的健康可持续发展。By establishing the evaluation index system and analysis model of scientific and technological progress and agricultural modernization,the boosting effect of scientific and technological progress in agricultural modernization development of Jiangsu Province was empirically analyzed.The results show that during 2003 to 2020,agricultural modernization level and scientific and technological progress in Jiangsu Province show an increasing trend,and the growth rate is fast,reaching a high-level stage of development.Scientific and technological progress has a significantly positive impact on the development of agricultural modernization and has an obviously boosting effect on agricultural modernization.The boosting effect is relatively stable.At the same time,by introducing government financial support as a moderating variable to conduct adjustment effect analysis,it is found that government financial support also plays a positive role,helping science and technology more effectively promote the development of agricultural modernization.Based on this conclusion,it is suggested to further rely on scientific and technological progress and government support to push the development of agricultural modernization to a new stage,and continue to promote the healthy development of agricultural modernization.
