摘　　要：从乡村活力这一视角出发,选取了邯郸市108个村庄样本,构建了乡村公共空间使用效率评价指标体系,采用加权约束的BCC-DEA模型和超效率DEA模型,测算了基于乡村活力的公共空间使用效率。结果表明:(1)共有24.07%的样本综合技术效率为1;(2)各类型村庄样本的公共空间使用效率的排名为“信仰型”>“生活型”>“文化型”>“政治型”;(3)低效率区村庄的公共空间数量远超其他区间,但村民进行集体活动的种类较少、频率较低,导致该区间村庄将公共空间使用高效转化为乡村活力的能力较弱;(4)部分村庄过分重视公共空间数量的增加,而轻视公共空间的规划设计和引导使用。基于此,提出了注重对乡村公共空间建设的规划、从类型和规模2个方面进行合理布局、听取群众意愿,增强政府、村民和市场三方之间的沟通等对策建议。From the new perspective of rural vitality,this paper selects a sample of 108 villages in Handan City,and uses the weighted constraint BCC-DEA model and ultra-efficiency DEA model to calculate the use efficiency of public space based on rural vitality.The results show that:(1)The total comprehensive technical efficiency of 24.07%samples is 1.(2)The ranking of the use efficiency of public space of each type of village sample is“faith”>“life”>“cultural”>“political”.(3)The number of public space in the sample of low efficiency interval far exceeds that of other intervals,but the type and frequency of collective activities in the villagers in this interval are low,which leads to the weak ability to realize the efficient use of public space into rural vitality.(4)Some villages pay too much attention to the number,rather than the planning and guiding use of public space.According to the above conclusion,many suggestions are put forward:focusing on the planning of rural public space construction,making reasonable layout from the aspects of type and scale,listening to the wishes of the masses and enhancing the communication between the government,villagers and the market.
