建水传统民居大木作营建中平木刨削工具研究

摘　　要：木结构建筑作为我国建筑体系的主要形式,在对其大木作加工营建中,匠师断代、工具更替、匠场衰落等问题,致使使用传统匠作工具的工匠屈指可数,影响传统建筑的营建技艺传承。通过对已有研究成果进行借鉴并结合田野调研,梳理分析传统民居大木作营建过程中所使用的平木刨削工具,从平推刨的器形构造、使用维护和工匠操作工艺3个角度分析探讨,归纳工匠在传统建筑大木作加工制作过程中手推刨和电刨的刨削使用方式,旨在对濒临失传的传统匠作工具和工匠技艺起到一定的记录及推动作用,并对工具更替发展在传统建筑营建领域给予相关建议。As the main form of China's building system,wood-frame construction has been affected by the loss of master craftsmen,the replacement of tools and the decline of the craftsmen's workshops,resulting in a small number of craftsmen using traditional tools and a failure to pass on the skills of traditional building construction.Drawing on existing research findings and combining them with field research,the project aims to analyse the flat wood planing tools used in the construction of traditional wooden houses,to analyse and discuss the structure of the flat planer,its use and maintenance,and the craftsmen's operating techniques from three perspectives,and to summarise the use of hand-pushed and electric planers in the processing and production of traditional wooden buildings.The aim is to document and promote the skills of traditional craftsmen,which is on the verge of being lost,and to advise on the development of tool replacement in thefield of traditional building construction.
